Something New...

I've decided to add a new feature to my blog to help you. If you look over on the righthand side there is a new section called "My Designs". I've made a list of all of my designs so that when you click on any particular one it will then take you to see all the posts where I have talked about or shown you examples of that design. I've gone back though years of posts and added tags to each post where I have shown you one of my designs. Now you can easily search for things that I have made to use as a reference or inspiration without having to go back through a gazillion pages trying to find something you saw ages ago. I hope this is a useful tool for you and it makes it easier to navigate my blog.

I have recently been reminded that reading someone's blog without commenting is somewhat rude. I wish to rectify that gaffe. I have been sewing for over 40 years now and have tried to keep up with the times as much as I can and felt the need to. With the inception of the internet I have been thrilled with it as a tool for inspiration as well as a source for supplies and how to information. I want to compliment you on your blog. Not only are your posts inspiring, and that word is inadequate, but you and your daughter are a reminder of myself and my daughter years ago.
Every couple of days I check to see what you have posted that is new and simply feast my eyes on your designs, pictures, and choices of colors. I always come away with new ideas and the drive to continue with an art that is struggling to keep its head above water where I live.
Thank you for the beauty that you provide and the dedication that you give to your family and your talent.
