Divine Miss Emmaline

Another new dress!!! This one is named "Emmaline" and it was the original dress I designed which then "Daisy" was inspired by. As you can see they are very different dresses. Emmaline has two rows of very full ruffles which gives it lots of movement as it's oh, so fun to twirl in!! This dress is super comfortable and works well for casual as well as dressy occasions. I think this is one of my new favorite styles. I also made up one of my "Madison's Jacket's" to show you how well this great little jacket works so well with so many styles. Emmaline will  be one of the new patterns which will be arriving in the shop this month!

Just thought I'd show you a little something I'm working on for Easter. Once again this idea came to me in my sleep and of course I woke up after the dream and headed straight for my sewing studio and had to make it. This one has been hanging in my sewing room for about a week and today I thought
...hmmm, I wonder if I should turn this one into a pattern as well. So, that's what I have been working on this morning. I had to come up with a name for it and not one but, two people suggested that I name this one "Daisy", so "Daisy" it is. This dress is so much fun to make and as I was making it I thought how many other things you could do with it. After all it doesn't have to have a bunny on it. You could add anything you wanted to. This design was inspired by another dress that I have coming out soon but this one has been switched up quite a bit to transform it into a very sweet Easter dress. I also made up one of my little "Madison's Jacket's to go with it to show how cute this little jacket is with this dress too.

My desk is stacked with all kinds of stuff. Completed patterns as well as patterns in various stages of development. I hope to start releasing these within the next two weeks so keep a close watch for news about my new Spring patterns.
