Fall is in the air and I couldn't be happier....finally summer is over for another year. The past few mornings have been cool and crisp and I have had my windows open all night filling the house with fresh air. I have started pulling out my fall quilts, and packing away the summer ones for several months. I've also begun to fill baskets with mini pumpkins and crazy gourds for the kids to play with and explore. The house is filled with the colors of autumn and the smells too. I picked up some of my favorite scented candles and the house is filled with spicy cinnamon and vanilla. Not to mention the smells of fresh baked bread coming from the oven right now. I am in heaven! This is without a doubt my favorite time of the year.

Nothing like a good scented candle on a cool brisk day. I just love my pumpkin cheesecake one as I am burning it daily now.
This is my favorite time, too... although I'm not allowing myself to decorate yet - not until I do a deep cleaning. You're ahead of me on that one. Don't you just love spicey fall candles!? Oh, I need to go get a new bulb for my warmer! :)
