Meet The Two Newest Members Of Our Family
Today was a much better day! After a big family discussion we all agreed that we needed to hear the pitter patter of little feet again in our house. We packed up the kids and went to our local animal shelter in hopes of finding kittens in need of a new home. After doing lots of reading about pet loss it was suggested that adopting a new furry family member was a good idea. We all know that no one could ever replace Milo, but for us that void was too much to bare. We are all such animal lovers here with four kids in need of someone to love on it was obvious that we needed to adopt again. We knew that we wanted two kittens about the same age so they would have not only us, but each other. Plus with 4 kids, and 2 grown ups with lots of love one just wasn't enough! Thankfully our shelter had just found these little beauties abandoned and we arrived at just the right time. They are Lynx Point Siamese, and actually quite rare. Their markings are beautiful and those big blue eyes, will just melt your heart. After hours of deliberation we finally decided to name them Linus and Lucy. Now, keep your fingers crossed for us that their little brother will be able to join us as well. Someone else was interested in him and they will call us today to let us know if he is going to be adopted by them or not and if they change their mind we will go get him and bring him right home and his name will be Charlie. These little munchkins have stolen our hearts and we couldn't be more thrilled that they have joined our family. I'm sure you will be seeing more of them very soon.

You and your family are my heroes! It's so wonderful to honor our passed pets by adopting!
Those ears! Sweet
Very cute and I'm sure they want your LOVEN
gorgeous gorgeous kittens. love Siamese - they are so playful and talkative. I had to do the same thing when we lost our beloved Pokey. Glad we did get two kittens cuz just one would have driven the older cats bananas.
