Wow! Look at all the gorgeous applique work

This is just a small sample of just some of the amazing submissions!!!
Keep them coming.

I decided to make a special Flickr group to add all the amazing photos that have been filling up my mailbox over the past few days. I have to say I am just thrilled with all the gorgeous creations so many of you have come up with. Picking the winners is going to be very, very difficult. But I wanted everyone to be able to see all the beautiful contest entries. Maybe one or more of those ideas will spark your imagination and will inspire you as well. I know, I have been itching to make more Olivia's myself but I have kept myself busy with other projects this week. Yes, a little sewing, but mostly painting and Spring cleaning. If you look over to the right hand side you will see the "Sewing Contest Photos" Flickr box and if you click on it, you can see all of the entries that have arrived. I will continue to update as the photos arrive to keep it up to date.

Oh, and silly me, I misread the calendar and thought Sunday was the 31st, not Saturday! So, I wanted to let you know you do have until Sunday evening to get your submissions into me. Still lots of time to be creative!

They are amazing - I bought the pattern and wanted to enter but I haven't had time :-(
Looking forward to seeing who wins though.
