Now that we are a full fledged multi-aged-modern-many-roomed-schoolhouse, I am using as many resources as I can to find great materials that will excite and engage my kids. Of course frequent trips to our local public library are a must, however, I also wanted to expand our own personal library. We already have tons of books but in my opinion you can never have too many books!!! The thought of the expense of this became a bit daunting when I started making our wish list and then started filling a cart at Amazon...ouch! So, I decided to visit some used book sites and investigate...needless to say I am IN LOVE!!! Wow! you can really find some amazing deals. Just yesterday I just ordered a ton of new or gently used books for a fraction of the cost that it would have been. Plus, I have a wish list at Alibris that is as long as my arm and it's still growing! Soon our bookshelves will be bursting at the seams with many beloved classics, exciting History books and fun science books.

I love it too! I got one of India's Christmas presents there, an out of print book about Alice in Wonderland. She even loved that it had an inscription to the former owner in the cover. She LOVES used books.
And you are so correct. One can NEVER have too many books.
