Remember this old favorite? I loved these when I was a kid, and they are just as great when you are a grown-up. My kids asked for them for a snack this afternoon. I haven't made them in a really long time and when they spotted the Ritz crackers in the pantry they instantly remembered them. I was happy to make them up a plate and within minutes all that was left was a plate of crumbs. Isn't it great that something so simple and easy puts smiles on little faces!
