There was lots of excitement this morning at our house, Nikolaus came last night! Last night before the kids went to sleep they put their shoes out for Nikolaus, complete with carrots for his horse. Then sometime during the night he came to visit and filled their shoes with all kinds of treats. The kids knew it was Nikolaus because everything was "Really from Germany!"Only my clever children would carefully inspect to make sure everything was authentic. That "Nikolaus" even stopped by Poland to pick up some of their favorite Kinder eggs, must be Germany ran short so he had to pick up more supplies in near by Poland. Along with all those chocolates he also left "real German cookies", an orange. holiday pencils and a magic walnut with a fairy stone inside.
Looks like Chocolate for breakfast....
