I instantly fell in love with this fabric and had to have it..."Winne the Pooh" toile!!! I wanted to make a very tradition little girl dress with simple lines to highlight the fabric. However, I did go a bit crazy and add a full tulle petticoat underneath. Working with tulle is a challenge but the results are unbeatable! This dress is just stunning!!!
