Abby and I went to New York to visit Great-Grandma and we were out shopping and found this fabulous Mermaid fabric. Of course Abby fell in love with it and I have to admit...so did I! I just knew it would make into the sweetest dress. I used the Farbenmix "Cara" pattern, my latest favorite, and cinched up the underskirt to give it a bubble effect. I just love how it turned out.

I saw the precious dress and love it! We have the same fabric with background of purple but would rather have it with the aqua background as in the dress. We'll be using it in a nursery for new granddaughter (due in Oct.) whose big brother's room also has a sea theme. Could you please tell me where to find it in NYC? Or who makes it?
