I have to say one of the best parts of sewing is being able to combine different fabrics together to make a great combonation that just "pops". I saw a great piece of fabric with hot pink, aqua, black and white and thought it was such a great color combo. needless to say I had to do something with it. I went digging in my stash to see what else I had that would go with it and waa-laa. I tested out a new farbenmix pattern, "Vida", which is designed to give you the opportunity to use lots of different fabrics and this is what I came up with. Sadly, the sun wasn't cooperating so the colors are not nearly as vibrant in the photos as they are in real life.
