After falling in love with Paris a few years ago I just had to make something with this delicious fabric which is all about paris. The color combonation was so interesting. reds, periwinkle, burnt orange, lime green and aqua..who would have thought it would be soooo pretty together. The top is a halter style but with a fuller bottom and it's completely reversable so you can have two different looks with the same outfit...fun and practical! The skirt is made up a few layers and is "twirly" too.
