Sarah's Dress Preview

Just a little something I've been working on. . . This is "Sarah". You've seen this dress paired up with my "Grace's Pinafore" and now I am finally getting around to completing the pattern for the dress. I adore this dress so simple, yet stunning! Abby and I took full advantage of today and went out to snap some photos. This weather is just crazy today it's almost 80 degrees and two days ago it was snowing! Go figure . . . the top two photos are of Sarah all on her own and the bottom photos show Sarah with Grace. The perfect combo in my opinion. I really love these two pieces and think they would be great additions to any little girls wardrobe this summer. I will be releasing "Sarah" later this Spring. Not to worry, it will be here before you know it!

More of "Grace", Bridget", and "Shannon"

Just another idea as to how to wear some of these pieces together. I really love this combination. Using "Grace", "Bridget" and "Shannon" together. One of my friends once commented that my designs were "Little House On The Prairie Chic" and I think this outfit fits that description to perfection.

More New Stuff To Show You . . .

Here are two more new patterns I have been working on...told you I have been busy! The pinafore is called named "Grace" and it's so sweet and goes with several things. Remember this summer when I made this outfit?

Well, this is that pinafore! I just loved the way it turned out and knew it would be a great piece in the Olabelhe collection. Just in case you are wondering the dress underneath is named "Sarah" and that one will be out next Spring because the time for sleeveless dresses has passed for this year. But I have been playing around with another long sleeved dress that could also work under this pinafore. Then there is "Shannon" which is the skirt. Remember this outfit? This is "Fiona" and "Shannon" is the skirt that goes underneath Fiona, and yes, Fiona will be out next Spring as well.

You may have noticed that I am wanting to make more separates so that you can mix and match and create your own unique look. Abby and I are certainly having fun coming up with cute ways to wear a lot of different combos so I thought you would too. "Grace" & "Shannon" are almost done as well and should become available within the next few weeks. Told you lots of new stuff was coming.

Oh, btw...in case you are wondering..."What's up with the big hair bows?" Abby and I decided to grow out her bangs due to a very obnoxious cowlick that she has. So, she is at that awkward time when they are still to short and she can't tuck them behind her ear and they are too long to do much else with other than try to hide them the best way possible so they aren't hanging in her face. So, her collection of hair accessories has been growing and she really loves the big bows.. according to Abby "They are cute and girly!"

What A Week It's Been!

This past week has been such a whirlwind. I can hardly believe it. My e-mail box has just been overflowing with wonderful email from so many of you ... Thank You! Not to mention my phone has been ringing a lot more than normal and I have had so much fun chatting with so many sweet moms and grandmas and the orders ... all I can say about that is "WOW!" But even with all the chaos I still managed to come up with a new dress and pinafore. The little dress is a classic sundress with a pretty neckline, very full skirt with a ruffle and buttons all the way down the back of the dress. 12 to be exact! This dress is going to be called "Sarah" and it looks perfect on it's own or paired up with this adorable little pinafore which is going to be called "Grace". Just think of how much fun this will be to create different pinafores to go over the same dress or different dresses to create many different looks. Abby and I went to Yorktown today to go out for a girls day with lunch at one of our favorite spots "The Carrot Tree" and then afterwards Abby had an absolute blast running and skipping, spinning and catching butterflies. I on the other hand just had fun snapping picture after picture of her. Oh, to be 7 again!
