Day 2 Of The Challenge

Pretty "Gabriella" in beautiful cerise and black. Oh, this one is just yummy.

First up, the dress is made up from my "Gabriella" pattern complete with the fluffy crinoline underneath for extra fullness and twirl. The fabric is a gorgeous print from Lakehouse Dry Goods and it's black with tiny grey pin dots and beautiful vintage roses in shades of cerise. The sash is made from a coordinating print in the same cerise with tiny pin dots. 

The jacket is from my "Madison" pattern and is made from buttery soft cerise baby wale corduroy that feels more like velvet. The jacket is completely lined and is embellished with lovely black braid and black satin ribbon accents.
