The Sewing Marathon Begins & Countdown To Market

Only 5 weeks left until I jet off to Minneapolis for Spring Quilt Market and my to do list is as long as my arm. Honestly, I am feeling a little bit overwhelmed with everything I would like to get done before it's time to go, but I know I will get it all done and probably have time to spare. This year I am working with Art Gallery Fabrics to create samples of my designs with their gorgeous fabrics for them to have in their booth. I can't tell you how excited I am about this. Within the next day or so a box of fabrics will be arriving from them and then I get to start playing. Mixing and matching and coming up with the perfect combinations of their fabrics to turn into adorable outfits. I will be working with their newest lines "Naturella", "Filigree" and "Sugar". Each of these collections is so beautiful and the colors are just spectacular. I will be creating 8 looks for them, so as you can see it's going to be busy around here and my sewing machine is going to be just humming. I can't wait to get started.
